SMOKING

Smoking is nothing but a Belly Breathe. When you do belly breath the energy flows. Every morning, when you get up, you feel full of energy because you do your belly breath while sleeping. But when we are awake we do chest breathe, the reason is 10 million years ago, we lived in forests as hunters and gatherers. When you go hunting, you have to chase the prey, then you can’t do belly breaths. Hence, we learned to do chest breathe to survive and hunt the prey.

Children are very active throughout the day because they do belly breaths. No Adult can repeat the children’s behaviour for more than 30 minutes, the adult will burn out entire energy coz an adult while awake does chest breathe.

In this world, some people have the habit of smoking, while smoking you will find they do belly breathe…  After smoking they experience some kind of new energy flowing through the body.. To stop smoking what they have to do is Belly Breathe.
