If you watch men as employees, you may be disappointed with his attitude. Being an employee he always grumbled, most of the employees tell as if their employment was temporary. They are trying elsewhere. Either they will quit their job or talk big about previous employment. If you just do a small check up of his previous employment. He would be in a lousy environment.
Why men as employees are always in distress because they want to be the leader. Working as an employee the man always feels like a slave. There is no elevation in their ego and you can find the manager always insulting and humiliating down line employees. Why? by doing so they can feel the power over other men and it brings him an immense happiness,
If you provide a good environment and standard procedures, men tend to follow a certain type of pattern to achieve the desired result of the organisation. Suppose if you disturb his routine by bringing too many changes or bringing useless employees into his regular schedule, then he will go mad and become unproductive.
Not all employees are motivated by incentives or bonuses but freedom. If you give a schedule and ask his advice to complete on time. He will be at his best in accomplishing it. He needs freedom, space to accomplish and about his pay even though it is comparatively less to competitive industries, he never bothers and his dedication to his company is of utmost loyalty.
Some of the employees always talk about resigning the job, they are the one who are unfit for the job. Thinking they have a lot of talents but they don’t. If he would have been talented then he would not have been in the present company. It comes out of their innocence towards their capacity. These employees are a disturbance to the company and they should be shown the door. But I disagree!
