The survey says 90% of the people who attended the seminar/ read books never became a millionaire. Yes, it is a myth . If you don’t understand the basic concept of savings, you are never going to become rich because being rich means excess. The concept of saving starts only when you earn more than the monthly commitment. People who struggle to cover the basic commitment will find these types of books/seminars will do no good to them. Usually, these kinds of books/seminars teach the technique of smart parking of your excess funds.
The simple way to become rich, what we need is a proper understanding of our talent and channelize the energy. The real problem is most of them don’t know what they are good at? So, Better approach your friends, ask them about your strength and they will guide you. If not, find a successful rich person you admire/respect. Once you are identified, the way is created, spend your leisure time with them. Just be an observer for a few months, you come to learn how they become successful. If you closely watch them, some of their acts/ spending patterns will look more absurd to you, but those behaviors would have brought success/ revenue to them. The first basis of success lies in observing the talented/rich people. If you do and practice… Success follows and the byproduct of success… is money.
How to follow the concept of becoming rich?
Your Bank statement/Cash book is one of the indicators to whether you can become rich in future. Suppose you have a single credit(Salary) Now. watch your debit column. Why? because your debit column determines your ambition of becoming rich. If your debit column has grocery and utility payment, Life insurance, SIP of Mutual Funds, and good debts like Home loan EMI..etc. you are on the right track of becoming rich. Suppose, your debit column is filled with payment of a few credit cards, personal loans, car loans.. Then your ambition to become rich will be..just an idea.
I met an old Banker, he gave advice that if your total monthly expenses including utility bills and EMI’s should not cross 65% of your net credit. Then you are in the green.
Simple,
To become rich you just watch and care about the debit column of your bank statement and cash book expenditure.
Will help you become Rich!!
