Suppose, your obesity is because of an eating disorder and not because of hidden pain. You eat as usual, don’t follow any diet, rather try to walk as soon as you finish eating for 5 minutes and add to your availability. No outdoor walking, only inside your house or corridor in the office. Walk always slowly from one end to another. keep in mind when you are starting to walk and reach one end, turn left and when you reach the other end turn right. It is like walking on the number eight . If you follow this exercise regularly after every food not only balances both sides of the body but also your brain.
If your problem is not able to attract the one you love. Simply ignore and love simultaneously. Behave as if you are always seen by that person and slowly the outer image of the person will enter you and stay in you and keep you happy. When he is inside of you slowly he will enter your inner male called Animus. For men she will enter an inner female called Anima. Normally, You love them so much when he or she is outside of you. If you believe he is always staying inside of you, then there is no need for a peripheral. Once he or she filled you inside, then the outer will voluntarily come and beg you for your connection.
Once you know the art of approaching the problem, half the battle won and being slim or obese is nothing but the mirror image and not yours. You cannot see yourself…….. Right. you need someone to tell you who you are when you don’t know yourself.
